Delivery of Goods

As an Importer of products from Europe and Asia, Koala Home Improvements takes pride in the delivery of goods to our customers. A majority of our goods are in store in our warehouse. Custom lines and specialized goods are most times received around thirty days (30) days after order. On rare occasions there may be delays in the shipment. We will contact you once the goods arrive. Once the goods arrive in the country, shipping agents will then clear the shipment for delivery of goods to our warehouse. We will endeavour to keep you informed of each step of the process and will let you know of any change in delivery times.

For goods already in our warehouse goods can be delivered to you in a short time.

We will make contact with you via email or texts to your mobile to notify you of the delivery time and date.

If you need to update or change delivery details please contact us on 1300 729 304.

It is most important to ensure someone is at home at the time of delivery. We will give you a timeframe of four hours for the delivery, but cannot be more specific than that.

Also important that full access is available to the delivery team and is the customers duty of care to ensure the access is free of obstacles. Please contact us if there are any obstacles our team needs to be aware of.

As we have a range of goods, some items will be delivered to you directly via our team or our carrier.
